Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued based on the time elapsed between the booking date and the intended service launch date:

  • 100% Refund: If cancelled within 24 hours of booking and before any work has commenced.
  • 50% Refund: If cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled service launch date.
  • No Refund: If cancelled less than 7 days before the service launch date — unless due to a technical fault or delay caused by Media N Screen Ltd.

You may also be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • We are unable to deliver the service due to technical issues or screen downtime caused by us.
  • The content you submitted is rejected by us and no suitable alternative is agreed upon.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellation made after 24 hours from booking confirmation (unless meeting the refund terms above).
  • Failure to provide the final advertisement content on time.
  • The ad is removed or not displayed due to violations of our content guidelines, including offensive, misleading, or illegal material.
  • Minor interruptions or delays caused by scheduled maintenance or brief technical issues that do not materially impact the overall display duration.

3. Partial Refunds

Media N Screen Ltd may offer partial refunds or credits if:

  • The advertisement is not displayed for the full booked period due to unforeseen technical issues.
  • There are scheduling errors on our part that affect your agreed display time or location.

4. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be made in writing to info@mediaandscreen.co.uk, including:

  • Your booking reference
  • Full details of the request

Media N Screen Ltd reserves the right to determine eligibility based on the terms outlined above. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been initiated.

5. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your booking:

  • Contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled service start date.
  • Rescheduling is free of charge if done within this window.
  • Late rescheduling may incur additional fees or may not be accepted, subject to availability.

6. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By booking our service, you acknowledge that services may begin within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period with your express consent, which may limit your right to a full refund.
